Introduction
At TrueTechReview, we are fully committed to protecting intellectual property rights and complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy outlines the process for copyright holders to report any content on our website that may be infringing upon their rights and for users to file counter-notifications when they believe a takedown notice has been issued in error.
This page exists to guide both copyright holders and users on how to proceed under U.S. copyright law, even if our website is not hosted in the United States, to provide transparency and maintain trust.
What is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, enacted in 1998, is a United States copyright law that implements two 1996 treaties of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). It criminalizes the production and dissemination of technology, devices, or services intended to circumvent measures that control access to copyrighted works. More importantly, it establishes a process for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content from websites.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that content hosted on truetechreview.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
